Good thing there are a lot of healthier desserts nowadays with the advent of food technology. You can whip up desserts that can satisfy your sweet cravings and at the same time diet friendly.

My family loves to host weekend dinners with relatives and close friends. Dessert happens to be a main staple in these occasions. It is hard to resist it when everybody is holding a dessert or two after a full course dinner meal at home. So when it’s my turn to bring dessert to these family gatherings or host one in my own home, I see to it that I whip up a diet friendly dessert that everyone will love. My family has a high standard when it comes to food.
